Béchamel sauce: A basic recipe that goes along with every dish!


Your chef Larisa Krajinovic give you the best Bechamel sauce you have prepared. She bring to you a simple recipe with helpful tips. It will delight you with simplicity and speed, but the most importantly, taste and 100% success.


  • 30 g butter,
  • 30 g flour,
  • 2 glasses of milk (500 ml),
  • one a small spoon of paper
  • salt as you desire.


In a small pot, heat the butter, add the flour and fry it briefly, but leave it to remain white. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly with the wire to bring the mass together. Add salt and pepper.

Cook until thickened, then remove from heat and cool. Serve with various meats and vegetables.
